My hair was in need of a trim and I was fortunate to book a one on one virtual face framing tutorial with Jayne Matthews. She taught me how to razor cut my bangs and bits and it was just the pick me up I needed. In this video I tell you about my experience ~ super fun and empowering and I’m so grateful to have learned something in this difficult time that will serve me for many years to come. So cool and looks so good on you! I have had Jayne on my radar as well after her NYT article. I got on her email list and saw that she would be offering virtual bang and haircut tutorials. I got nervous though and never booked one. But after your video...you've encouraged me!! And I've switched to Hairstory- amazing products for my hair

Welcome aboard! I hope I never get too old to learn something new. I've been trimming my hair for several years now and I keep getting better at it. I'm lucky I get to get one good in person cut from Jayne one a year.

England. So cool! Never would I have guessed we would still be here a year later. I just trimmed my bangs again using her tutorial. She's putting one up on her website in about a week that teaches anyone how to do it. Thanks for watching.

She is revising it and will have it up for sale again on her website very soon. I'm lucky that I got to have a one on one from her but she's not doing those any more. I hear the tutorial she did is really good though. Thanks for watching.

Are you talking about her accident? I'm so heartbroken to hear about it. I think she will recover but just so sad. There is a go fund me site for her if you're interested. The hour I spent with her for the tutorial was such a great experience. I would highly recommend it. She's even cooler one on one! Thanks for watching.

Because Jayne charges for a bang tutorial and it's part of how she makes a living. I'm not going to post it for free! On her website she is currently selling a bang tutorial she did via Zoom with a bunch of people.
Your hair looks great, but did you have permission from Jayne to use clips from her class in your video? Seems like you're giving away information from her class

Of course I did. I'm a client of hers and love her. That's why I purposely sped that section up and didn't include much of it. People have complained about me not showing enough! I'm hoping it motivates people to buy her class which is some of the best monty I've ever spent.
