You're welcome!
I enlarged two of my t~shirts by ripping out the side seams & adding two triangle~shaped pieces of a matching fabric to make it more loose & with a flare. Looks cute. But I like the idea of actually cutting out rectangles instead. Looks great!
ah thank you so much for this tutorial! i was having a bit of confusion sewing on side panels for a personal project and this video helped me :-)
Awesome 🥰 Thanks so much! This was so easy to do the way you explained it!

I have a couple of patterns that are now too small for me, but I had already cut the material. I need to purchase material to add to the sides of these outfits. Do I use the same technique?

Thanks! Most Cut & Sew brands will have this in their summer line up. Or after they see this video lol.
Hey there! Great tutorial, I have one question though. I have some T-shirts that are generally okay but a bit too fitted in the tummy area. Can I use this method to loosen my T-shirts a bit (maybe 3cm on both sides), and how? (I'm a beginner, so I still don't know a lot of stuff)
@kenandrewdaily

Yeah you could use this method to widen shirts.
muy bueno (y) podrias hacer un tutorial de shorts ?plis
I love all your clothes. I don't have a sowing machine and I'm not gona but one so I'm gonna us e another method well try.
can you do a video putting a fabric panel on the sleeve of a sweatshirt
So sick dude
Nice, it worked for me but for people beginning you should have showed how you zigzagged underneath the armpit
Sick video!! Do you know of any good online stores for fabric?
@kenandrewdaily

Etsy is the only good online website I know.
You should do a mini fashion show all the clothes that you created for people at home. So they can know how to style them and how they wear them in the streets and in any situation . Sort of and look book but besides that it's an awesome video .

I'm probably going to do one for my summer line up.
I'm looking to make a slim fit of this how would I do that? Ive tried zigzagging it after the finished product which creates a line down the side. I'm thinking I would need to cut out the sides in an arc pattern instead of a square?
@kenandrewdaily

Use a t-shirt that is your true size.
Does this side fabric have to be stretchy?
Does it work to add and make it bigger?
I wish I found you years ago. Ty
why would you want it to be a size larger? could it work on a normal size?
@kenandrewdaily
10 жыл бұрын
A size up because people will tend to use a less/no stretch fabric to use as a panel. If you replace it with a non-stretch fabric, it sizes down the shirt.
You think you could do a zipper side panel?
How would make a shirt bigger that is to small?
Custom Fabric on Roshe runs? Custom swoosh? That would Be good
