These are great honey, thanks so much for making this video 🙏 Re the loops on the ends of the bracelet, I find that round nose (or rounded needle nose) pliers give a more precisely rounded/circular shape but I'm aware that you're graciously giving a quick tutorial & probably grabbed the nearest pliers, as we do, haha... On a healing & pain reducing level, these would be even more powerful if you used the cubit measurements that Slim Spurling taught, ie the lost cubit, sacred cubit, royal cubit etc, each having certain frequencies & vibrations due to the precise measurements, which are ancient. I apologise if you already know about Slim & his copper healing tools, especially if you've made videos about them... For healing pain on myself &/or my healing clients (inc animals), I have a copper acu-vac coil, a feedback loop (both are amazing & I'll soon have a large tensor ring for healings & smaller ones to hang over taps, shower head & power meter box), as well as a harmoniser pendant. I also have 2× Lakhovsky coil bracelets with magnets on each end, a tensor ring finger ring & 2 different triskelion pendants (one's been hammered)- all that I mentioned are made from copper... If you're not familiar with Slim Spurling & his acu-vacs, feedback loops, tensor rings & harmonisers maybe you're meant to know about them & I say this because I'm looking for different information from what your video's about yet I clicked on this video. If we're meant to know something this is one of the ways the Universe leads us to it 😉💫

USA = 18 Gauge Copper. It doesn't matter, just as long it's pure 100% copper. You can use thicker of thinner, your choice.

18 Gauge Copper, according to a gauge conversion chart, is 0.0478 inch or 1.214 millimeter.
