    @@californiahandball I'm sure he taught them how to do it properly. He has a video where someone wanted to learn how to do concrete and David taught him. Got free labor out of him in exchange for teaching. Worth it in my opinion.

    I encourage the image of involved and eager homeowner's skating it out on their knees trowel finishing while we seasoned pro's stand around watching him should be a trend, sir. lol A rarely involved and willingly interested homeowner is always a welcome homeowner on the job.

    I respect you were willing to do just the pour and finishing. Many guys I know would have told the homeowner all types of BS why they don't want the job. Which is basically sour grapes from making less from the job!

    Like someone told me years ago building requirements bye respective cities are just minimum requirements so I guess make the concrete as thick as you want it you definitely have more patience than I would I don’t allow homeowners to work along side me

    All concrete cracks. Foundations also have crack control cuts. this foundation is small enough not to need cuts
