How do you keep it closed? Mine has a peg but seems the peg is now too small. I need it to open and close or I would just screw it totally shut. How can I fix this. They fall open at random and are very loud when they fall open.

I looked at mine but could not find any label. It came with the house we purchased so I’m not sure of the brand.
