Please be careful putting cinnamon directly on your skin. It can burn certain skin types. Sounds excellent otherwise 👍

I tried it and wow!! I love it! It smells really good and feels good too! I simplified it a little more and left out the cinnamon.

i had little lumps all over my body i could not get rid off them by creams from the doctor till i tried this ,,the lumps started to go straight away and my skin feels fab

I used ¼ cup of olive oil instead and it worked great. Olive oil has a higher amount of antioxidants and is more gentle on the skin as well as being better absorbed

Please what can I use for very old stretch marks

has anyone noticed a difference?does it really help? I know when i start exercising that helps alot! Im going to detox too

i'm in love with coconut & coffee scrub I have a bunch of problems infused with both lol, fyi sometimes you can olive oil it's really greasy and oily using to much so use just enough.

I used this on my face only because I have firm, tough skin and I got some great results!

It shouldn't make a difference. The term "organic" is so loosely used in stores. There is no standardized version of organic across grocery stores.

I used the exact measurements of everything you indicated in the video, however I found that mine isn't that smooth its actually really hard which makes it tough to get out of the jar. Do you have any suggestions as to what I can add? Perhaps a little more coconut oil? Thanks!!!

Elyse Paris It'll always be hard-- mine is too. It's because the coconut oil solidifies. It's totally normal. Just spoon it out-- once you rub it on it will begin to melt down. :)

Olive oil is too greasy for this recipe. That's why you have to use coconut. You can replace it with sweet almond oil or jojoba.

I have tried the simple coffee scrub ( coffee and coconut oil) and i must say that i used it also on my face. i love to use it more often in the morning because that caffeine just awakes your skin. I will try this combination with the 4 ingredients.

I’ve used a different recipe but I’m trying this today. Hope I can melt my own coconut oil because I couldn’t find extra virgin already melted. Plus I only virgin coconut oil, not extra virgin. Also I’m only using on my body because renowned dermatologist on instagram said you shouldn’t use any scrubs that are like sandy or gritty or whatever on face because it causes tears in the skin
