Stick bamboo skewer on each chocolate under flap with scotch tape. When 3 are done tape the 3 skewers. Repeat with next 3. Make paper come by halving skewer squaring it, then rolling it into a come and taping the bottom shut. Use scissors to shape the cone a bit so all candy shows. Add bow in front.
