Most of the videos I've found weren't as detailed and easy to follow as yours. Thanks a bunch!
You are a freaking PIMP! Man I have wanted to make one of these with foam instead of cardboard for a while and this is the clearest tutorial I have seen on how to make this. GREAT JOB!!!
This is exactly what I've been looking for for my flash cosplay! Thanks dude!
damn! I hope you keep on building! I can't believe how easy you made this look! Thanks for making videos!
Tutorial and explanatory. I've done the shield, now I will complete the rest of the uniform for the surprise on my son's birthday. Thanks RAW CUSTOMS.
Great tutorial. VERY cool ideas at the end.
Can you do the navy Captain America mask with the chin strap from The Winter Soldier?
Insane! Awesome builds.
Great ideas in there. Thanks for taking the time to share the knowledge !
That Wolverine idea is cool as hell
thank you for this! I used it to make cap’s helmet from the first avenger and it looks pretty good so far! I do have one question though, does the blue paint chip off of the plasti dip?
Pretty cool, simple and easy helmet. I know I will me making these for the kids soon.
THANKS DUDE! Nice job and to easy.
How do I print the template in the correct size, sorry I've never done this before.

Your awesome bro thanks. Also what kind of foam side you use?
Love this! Thanks man!
Very awesome vídeo!! In the future could you do a vídeo on the Wolverine helmet?
I've never used plastidip before. What is it for? Is it used to make the foam more paintable? Or is it to make the foam more stiff?
sorry, man awsome vid! can you tell me wich kind of colors do you use to... and the foamy have to be white? cant be blue ? thanks!
Where did you find the foam that is large enough to fit the whole side pieces on one sheet? The largest I can find is 12x18, and the helmet won't fit on that. Thanks!!
Like all your videos, very, very nice
I love your work
Question for anybody, but do you spray the inside of the helmet with the plastic spray stuff also?
That at was fantastic, made it look easy.
Hi. What colour blue did you use? Great helmet. I think my little lad would love one
Great work dude! I have an edited idea for the captain America pattern. You could do the comic mask of hawk eye
great, nice staff
Great work! Found the pattern but was hoping for a PDF format so I could print as tiles and splice together.
You might want to put links to your parts in the description.
Thanks for your work. Why not make a pattern modified for the foam so as not to spend extra time with modifications?
How do you measure your head to know how much foam you need for each part? I've got quite a big head.
amazing dude!
where did you get the template for the "A" and the wings?
i have a pretty large head... so how would i find out if it's the right size before i made the whole thing? That's my only question. Besides that great video very detailed and easy. :)
awesome video! could you do a spiderman tutorial? a big thing about spiderman movies is that they use an undermask to define the shape of the head. could you do a tutorial video making a spiderman face shell possibly?
Could you please make a Wolverine Cowl. I love all of your episode.
This is awesome!!!
good job! :)

Awesome tutorial you could make that one villain mask into a Sith Lord mask...

Quick question, could I use like a blow dryer for hair in place of the heat gun? Or will it not get hot enough or something
@RAWKUSTOMS

I've never used a hair dryer but I think it would work on 5mm foam. You should try it on some scrap foam first good luck.
Do you sell the ones you have made? I would love to buy a captain America helmet. Have you done one with a chin strap?
Great work! Can you please provide a link to the pattern?
this is awesome!! just trying to work out how i can print it now lol. how much smaller did you make it for your daughter?? im looking at making a batgirl cowl. really dont want to pay the $150 plus one that everyone else get, i just cant justify spending that much money.
Can you please make the winter soldiers mask I'd love to see you do it
The original plan dosent fit my head. What did you do to modify it for an adult size?
THANKS MAN, IS VERY GOOD
Great video. Your foam is glueing together very easily. I'm having issues...
Very good, you seem to be great at foam helmets. I would like to see you do the flash and batman arkham origins style.

Flash helmet coming soon
Muito Show!
Finally found the 5 mm foam but the finished helmet was too small for my head. The ear holes were two high above my ears as well. Looks like I'm going to have to modify the plan.
Whenever I use a "round object" the foam doesn't concave in enough to make the right shape. Any suggestions?

You may need to heat the foam longer you can reheat the foam as many times as you need to.
Do you sell these props like if someone offered to pay you for it
I have purchased many of your products and a lot of helmets/ masks. On your videos you mainly use contact cement. On the captain America helm you are using hot glue. Which is better in your opinion?
@RAWKUSTOMS
Жыл бұрын
Hey Carl good to hear from you. This is an early build when I was first learning. I recommend contact cement for most builds however hot glue is good for adding poly foam inside helmets and gluing to fabric Thanks for watching
Does anyone know the measurements for the helmet? Cause my printer cant print the template.
What size should this picture be printed as?
how can i find the plans for the helmet? i can't find them
where did you get your airbrush from?
Instead of using an airbrush, can I just hand paint it?
Fuck yeeeeees! Thanks dude. I used the same stencil but with cardboard and it turned out like garbage. This Styrofoam one looks waaay better. Goes with my shield perfectly. Keep up the good work my dude!
When you are saying to cut 1/4" in from the edge of the pattern, do you mean along the entire length of that edge, or just the distance that you mark off in the video?? Thanks for the tutorial and mods to the pattern!

+Curtis S. Arnold Hahaha, I thought you ment that he had to make a special tutorial for a kid version of the helmet 😁. Anyway, I think it's so noble from you and your friend to do that for the kids. Good luck with it 😉

What's the point of having all the triangle indents on the template if you don't use them on the actual foam?
@anarchsnark
8 жыл бұрын
+Jason Yung The template originally is for a cardboard build which doesn't have the same flex as foam. In the vid you can see him modify the template (taping the curve indents) for foam.
