Very good idea. Great showing both methods of making the tool as well as how they actually work. I've just done my front brakes and still have the old pads. We have a workshop on the grounds that individuals with a learning disability attend during the day; I think the occupational therapist will appreciate this as a meaningful activity for the clients that could also raise a little money selling these to other staff on site. The money would go back into buying the bits, bolts and tap and die sets. Thanks for the ideas.

Thank you very much for the comment. I would never have thought that I might reach people in this way. It is most humbling to know that an idea can reach people on this level. Initially I thought of doing it that way, but I do not want to over-complicate it. if you smooth-and round off the bolt, there is no damage to the piston.
