Glad to see that you broke the edges on the jig parts.
Love this project. Absolutely going to build one for my shop!
BROTHER AS ALWAYS WELL DONE YOU THE MAN, HOPE ALL IS WELL
Thank you! I have had all the problems that your jig is designed to overcome, I can’t wait to make one.

Awesome, reach out if you have any questions
Mikka what about mitering longer pieces. Like for floating shelves for example. How does that work?
I made your first version of the sled you designed a few years ago and enjoyed it until It fell off it’s hook on the shop wall and broke in half. It is ironic that I built a smaller version of that same one and just finished it a week ago. I modified the new one with a front and back fence (similar to yours) and a t-track clamping system instead of the 3/4inch holes and I recommend NOT using t-track clamping on ANY version after using it the first time. It is not as solid of a clamping system as your f-clamps design and, because of that, seems to cause some chatter and kickback of the small cut off pieces sometimes if the clamps are not really torqued down. Wish I would have waited just a week longer now that I see your new improved one. I make small boxes and my new one still cuts true and exact. Thanks for the new version, I may just have to go for a third one now if I can’t resolve my issues. Thanks for the video. I see you still get the stoggie in the picture once in a while, lol.
Interesting design. What is the purpose of the slots in 45 degree pieces at the sled rear?

That’s for clamps to hold the pieces in place
