Take sugary products akka like sweets and add more sugar in ur food like juice payasam,eat icecream,after eating sleeping can put weight.....raw egg very mrng,eat more....this what I did to gain my weight akka. This what my gym master said me akka

Exactly, steam opens your pores then scrub removes the whiteheads and blackheads and then u need to shrink the pores by using icing method after that moisturise❤
