    I’ve bought cheapo tools and had to replace them so many times over the decades I realized that a good tool would last forever basically plus it does the job better. Also the amount I’ve spent would probably been less if I just got the good tool from the start. Final also: if you DIY all the time it will eventually be cheaper than using a bike shop for assembly and service. My advice is like Jordain’s, buy top quality tools you won’t regret it.

    Torque wrench: hold it at the handle, operate smoothly and stop at the first click. With each additional click you apply more torque to the bolt despite not changing the setting.

    You forgot one, if you can't get the headset spacers to fit don't cut the steerer short and slam the stem.
