PS. When I provide a link here to gear or equipment I sometimes get a kickback from it. But I NEVER link to something that I haven't used or did use and didn't like! 👍

I was really surprised how practical this list was. Thanks for the video. I avoid doing this much stuff, but I learn quite a few things.
Very important tips. Thanks for sharing J. Amazing video as always.
This is great!! Thanks for the info
Just started routing the cockpit of my Airwolf gravelbike, so the cable routing trick might come in handy!
Thanks for the tips very helpful
I’ve bought cheapo tools and had to replace them so many times over the decades I realized that a good tool would last forever basically plus it does the job better. Also the amount I’ve spent would probably been less if I just got the good tool from the start. Final also: if you DIY all the time it will eventually be cheaper than using a bike shop for assembly and service. My advice is like Jordain’s, buy top quality tools you won’t regret it.
Yo, thanks for the rundown.
The world of carbon cycles really needs this channel. I support you Jourdain!

NIce tips! Thank you. But the first tip is biggest problem for me, as I'm in between sizes (M and L) 😅 and I'm still struggling with decision
Torque wrench: hold it at the handle, operate smoothly and stop at the first click. With each additional click you apply more torque to the bolt despite not changing the setting.
