The pipe cleaners have to be the metallic type she has in the video. Tried my regular fabric pipe cleaners and they absorb too much of the spray and aren’t as vibrant. Heading to the store for more!!

I used a gold spray paint I got from a dollar store near me.. it helps if you use the gold pipe cleaners. I got mine from Dollar Tree
