I love this idea! It's soooo creative. Next time, if this one like gets a bit weak bc of age, you could just you cammand hooks. The command hooks that have metal hooks from them and can be stuck to the ceiling. But I LOVE your idea!

You could move the top canopy forward to tge string at the front and it would look connected and more clean cut . Great job

That actually looks really good to me, my opinion might be invalid. The timing and price wasn't bad compared to getting a professional. It's super cute and in the future I will for sure use this idea as one of my d.i.y's 😊

I would have used the wire that is on a back of a picture. When you hang a picture sometimes there is a wire from one side to the other instead of string use wire picture frame wire

Gwoorllll .. On the part in the beginning I would’ve just used them thumb tacks and pinned it to the ceiling but still giving the drape effect .

I just want to know how to assemble poles because my bed doesn't have poles

Not that it looks really bad or anything, I mean the idea is a great one, and considering it's your first time trying something like this, plus you're expecting and you did it by yourself, it turned out pretty good! However, your bed isn't centered with the window and THAT'S got the entire thing off, for me anyway, and makes everything kinda "wonky" looking! Again, that's just my opinion. Great try though! 👏💞
