Brad. I do love your channel and the energy you put in to everyone of your videos. I also try to catch them as soon as they come out or as soon as I get notified by KZread. That said, this building is about as close to a barndominium as the old shed I used to have out back. No concrete near the perimeter, no apparent concrete where the poles are set. It will make a great shop/storage shed, but the cost of getting it turned in to a barndominium is going to double the purchase cost as it will have to be started from scratch. But that is just my opinion.

Cool place. I'd build a small one-room sweet in there to live in while I finished out the rest of it, then the small one-room sweet could be like a sweet for a teenager or grown child that finds themselves back at home, or for a parent if need be.

Call or text if you need more info -- and here's a good place to confirm what was mentioned in the video: bluegrassteam.com/featured-listings/

Brad, if you can find me a small house (~ 1000 sf) on 10-20 acres with a barn for my two mini jersey cows and 3 goats in a safe and nice area (and by "nice" I mean nice neighbors, not fancy houses), I will move tomorrow. Has to be safe for a single woman and close to a good hospital (we are not getting younger). You had it once - nice house with tall ceilings on 10 acres with a barn with crooked door, next to the sheriff house - but unfortunately I saw it too late. Waiting for another one like that.

He couldn't help me, he was in Lousiville that day, but found me an agent within 15 minutes! I signed contract that day and have been so very happy here in KY! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a fresh start. Cost of living is reasonable, people are great and its gorgeous!💞💞💞

All the benefits of the countryside but we are 4 miles from a small town with all the basics. Mountains on all 4 sides and ponds and bunches of woldlife. It just doesnt get any better! I loved my VA home too but the people were so different. Here we feel like everyone is family💞💞💞

@@jazzcatt We aren't far from you at all! We are in Powell County. We are also in a valley, the rains sometimes flood our driveway when the ponds overflow. It took a little while before the wildlife came in our yard, more each year. We have seen and heard a few coyotes. We had a huge pack that lived on our farm in VA and we were 50 miles below DC! We had a bobcat over the winter, just saw its tracks. Birds are plentiful and hummingbirds especially. All of our neighbors have dogs, we just dont let ours outside without us. We have a skunk that likes to visit and sometimes spends night under our shed, last thing we need is an encounter with him😂😂😂. Welcome to Kentucky neighbor💞💞💞
