Using dried bamboo poles, we made an DIY bar stool as strong and comfortable as wooden bar stools. Bamboo furniture is known to be extremely sustainable because of the rapid growth rate of bamboo poles in the wild and in plantations. Bamboo joinery is also much simpler than wooden furniture joinery techniques, making bamboo a great material to make affordable furniture for homes all over the world. Great art...so satisfying wood work...!👍 Im actually trying to make a bamboo sofa...but that joining 2 bamboo..inserting 1 into other bamboo is not happening by me...can u suggest any easy joint tip..thx..

Thank you Ammar. Usually when you join two pieces of bamboo, one has to be smaller in diameter than the other pole to fit into the hole and that technique is usually the strongest. If that is not an option for you you can google bamboo joinery techniques that employ two same diameter poles. Just avoid nails in general when joining bamboo. Screws are fine.
