Hello friends in this video I have made a Tesla coil winding machine, I have use 2 stepper motor in this project, one for wire guide and one for winding
User can insert data from HMI like the length of winding and wire diameter in micrometer, based on this machine will automatically wind the coil on tube.

That was very good brother! The one thing I would say is that I’d much rather hear you talking along the way than to hear the music. Maybe you are worried about your English? If so, your English was great in the JLPCB section. Don’t let that stop you.

Seconded. Your shots make it extremely clear what is going on, but i always find the most useful info is the thought process behind a maker's decisions. This is the first video of yours I have seen, and I will be on the lookout for future videos from you! Great work!

The Atmel 328 chip can be integrated directly into the PCB, but you would have to redesign the gerber files, or make your own version. Not super hard to do with a little learning. I like to use either "KiCad", or "Easy EDA" for designing PCB, since they are free to use and relatively simple to learn. If you have never designed your own PCB before, a great place to start learning how is to design your own DIY Arduino UNO. This is because there are tons of tutorials on that subject. Once you understand how to make your own UNO from scratch, it will be much easier to look at the PCB that is presented here, and decide how and what to change for your own design.

It is absolutely unnecessary to build an MC based machine to make a Tesla coil easily. Turn lays by turn tightly if you give a wire some free distance from your fingers to a coil rod. Just table, carpenter clamp, electric drill, wire bobbin on floor and your good will. Secure a wire end on a coil tube at the left, set proper rotation direction on your drill, put a wire bobbin on floor vertically, between your foots (take your seat at a table), take a wire with your fingers (between a thumb and a pointer), and make FIRST STRAIGHT TURN of a wire manually, rotating a chuck with your left hand. Then GIVE FREE GAP TO THE WIRE BETWEEN ROTATING ROD AND YOUR ARM - OF ABOUT A HALF OF A METER. Give medium tension to the wire and PUT YOUR HOLDING ARM A LITTLE BIT LEFT TO THE FIRST TURN, ABOUT A CENTIMETRE, (if your winding direction is from the left to the right). Turn on your drill and wind your TIGHT Tesla coil wlthin a half of a minute! As drill runs, move your holding arm along the coil winding, in order to maintain initial angle (a little bit less than 90 degrees) between pulling wire (that runs in the air gap) and the wired part of a coil. Doing so, you will make your turns to "pull" each other - the next one pulls onto previous one - just in good natured manner, without any MC automation. Have fun!
