Thank you SO much for this tutorial! The only Among Us costumes available are either the inflatable one (which is pricey) or ones that will be too small for my 11-year old. He is going to be SO excited when I show him the helmet and backpack! And bless you for just using glue. I knew if I had to sew anything, it would not work well.

I just used this video to make my son an among us costume. It turned out amazing. He's 5 and is obsessed with the game. I took the measurements down by 1/4 and it worked great. Still 1 yard of felt for everything. Thank you so much!

@@jessylow130 I only changed the side measurements to 4 1/2” the other measurements were the same as the video. It was for a 10 yrs old. You need to measure the profile of the kids and the shoulders if they are too small then adjust the measurements

I get frustrated when I want to build/make something and the creator doesn't give all the information needed and I have to figure it all out on my own!

How old are your boys? And did you need to adjust the measurements?

Thank you! My son is a big 7 year old (almost 5 feet tall). This worked out great. I ended up buying my first fabric scissors and a better glue gun. I realized I really like crafting. Thank you, again.

I was able to do this for three dollars by using an old shirt and for the screen I used white shelf liner from the dollar store! Thank you so much for this tutorial!

Acrylic paints would probably work just as well, but they may take a bit more time to dry. Good luck!

I found mine at Walmart but they also sell them by yard at most craft stores :)

Yeah I think poster boards would also work for this ☺️ Just make sure not to do the folding part I did with the card board because I believe it’s not as flexible, I am not completely sure

So the strap measurements were not long enough. I had to make them longer for my 11 year old. Also, I would suggest hot gluing the cardboard together from the inside so you can’t see the glue. I really like how this came out. These tutorial was simple enough that my son did 95% on his own. Thank you for posting!
