Yes, I use clear sand and mix in it a little amount of molasses sugar after that I place it in the direct sunlight for few hours.

@@andreisemianenka6729 Добрый день. Существует много посыпок. Для алюминия это цемент, гафит серебристый. Эти посыпки идут и как антипригар и чёткости отпечатка. Цемент, ещё как связзует остаточную влажность. Можно использовать тальк и мелкий пылевидный песок, как разделитель, это когда форма проходит процесс сушки в сушилах. При СО2 ПРОЦЕСЕ лучше использовать графит серебристый. Не использовать графитовую краску для посыпки сталей и чугуна.

@@andreisemianenka6729 Состав формовочной смеси может быть разным, для разных металов. Смеси бывают облицовочные и наполнительные. Общая смесь идёт и как облицовочная и наполнительная. Основу смеси составляет песок и огнеупорные материалы, бентонит, каолиновые глины и связующее.

@@user-zf6lk2yj8c добрый день. Песок, без пыли и глина бентонитовая, можно использовать кошачий наполнитель, предварительно размолов в пыль. Постепенно добавляете в песок воду и глину, получив некий состав. Глина- это связующее Влажность, не должна быть большой. Скомкав комок рукой при падении он не должен развалиться, но и быть камнем. Плотность набивки должна быть не большой и равномерной- это связанно с газом. Почему не получилась? Пли литье метал должен быть похолоднее

The trick with "baked sand" inside of the form is neat!

Оставайся Собой, по-моему вы что-то путаете, батенька. Из дюрали вы плавить грузила мягко говоря охренеете. Свинец - вот из чего делалось все вами перечисленное. Может ещё олово. Но точно не алюминий и уж тем более не дюраль.

No es así y si pensás que eso que dijo lo cree ud no tiene idea lo que es la fundición y no tiene formación lo que si es cierto es que debido a la precariedad de la instrumentación para moldear ese modelo que es super fácil está bien
