I made this with pink flamingo fabric lined with 10:15 pink polka dots and black straps and zippers. I used a shorter and heavier separating zipper on the main opening. Much cleaner and neater than all the excess zipper hanging at each end in the video.

Looking forward to making this bag great tutorial but how do you fit the handles in and how far in. Thankyou NOW have made the bag and it has come out great so Thankyou for tuition. Would of be great if you had a step by step written tutorial as i had to keep watching for sizes etc. But on saying that it has come out beautifully. So once again thankyou for brilliant instructions.

Loved your tutorial. How many yards of fabric would I need to buy to make all those pieces? Any type of cotton fabric will do, or can I use a canvas fabric? I’m a novice at sewing and I would like to make these as gifts. Thank you sooo much for this tutorial. You give me confidence that I can try this.

Great bag, I love the fabric. I can't see where you attach the handles. What measurements are these. I've watched twice but can't figure it out. Please let know where to sew the handles on. Thank you .

9:58 is where the measurements are. At 16:50, the clip where she adds them is missing, but you can see they are added to the front and back pieces, rough ends of handles aligned with rough edge of top, each handle just inside the line of top stitching which runs on the outside of the front zipper.

well, i am beginner in seeing, but for handles, no measurwments are needed. Make then as long as you need and attach whatever it seems best.
