Yeah. I’m not much of a builder. I mean I love to work with wood and build things, but not in the way he does. But I still love these videos.
Wow, huge amount of work involved. This has convinced me it's not a path I'll go down, lol. Looks great.

I wouldn't trust myself with any lasers, I'd probably have a weird urge to look into the line laser 😅🙀

It's definitely a deep rabbit hole. I researched my Home Theatre project for a few years before I went to work. Saved me tons of frustration. Do your homework, do it some more, then do some more homework before you get started and I don't mean analysis paralysis.

Looking for laser projector ended up learning how to use laser levels and how to stop yourself from getting projector. 🤔 and still keeping your wife .
Jeff from diy home renovations has saved your living room with his drywall series
Excellent video Johnny! love the project itself, but you did an excellent job with the edit on the video. I learned a lot here, and I appreciate you pointing out your mistakes and learning experiences. You gained a new fan today!
Great video! Gave me lots of ideas, tips and tricks for my unfinished basement project I'm in the process of designing. Thanks!
One of the best and most comprehensive videos on ceiling work/home electronics I've seen. Kudos!
Amazing!! Lots of great ideas for the new room we are building!
Enjoyed the whole vid and the details on the whole build. Enjoy the final product!
Pretty beautiful job, dude. Looks great!
Well done. And it's very convenient that you have wooden walls. Here in Europe most walls are concrete, which makes things a lot more difficult.
Nice theather to chill out and watch crafted workshop videos:)
Thanks for the idea of using the soffit as a wiring conduit! OMG, so helpful!
Hi Johnny! You did an incredible job on this project. I absolutely love it! Thanks for sharing and I hope y’all a blessed week my darlings 🙏🏽🍿♥️♥️
I'm going to be doing an addition on my home this year and you have me a lot of great ideas for the family room, thanks! You have a great channel.
Epic project, well done to get it all finished in the end!
Awesome! I'm building a home theater transformer room in a year and will definitely use some tips!
Great DIY Man I’m inspired to do something in my living room keep the vids coming
I absolutely enjoyed this.
Great work johnny I love the Build's great work keep you the great work
Thanks man! Currently remodeling my basement and this helped a lot
Love this video! I've been wanting to re-light my Living room which has no light fixtures. This looks like a lot of work but very doable.
Awesome work Johnny, sweet setup! 😃👌🏻👍🏻👊🏻
Man this one was awesome Johnny. Fantastic job and great gear.
Amazing!! Good job Johnny!!
Just stunning, very well done 👌
There are very few videos I can watch all the way through but this had me engrossed. You have a great talent and great vision. The whole system, room and lighting is just perfect.
Outstanding movie choices for the posters!!!
Simply WOW! Great work and attention to detail,. Yes, little overboard with nails & screws but looks really, really nice!
Dude, it’s your project with some cool pointers and ideas, thanks. Great job. We all live and learn from our DIY projects but the point it, it’s yours. If you are happy, I’m happy for you. Enjoy bro.....
You got This Old Tony on KZread, and you're wearing a Finnegan shirt, I'm liking this channel more and more every time I watch it

Great work total professional when you have the right tools any job is possible.
Simply say you are the best teacher and I love this full video .
I did not expect to watch this video in its entirety, but I did. I even backed up and rewatched a few sections. While I'm not (yet) a subscriber, I have to give you major kudos for the video as a whole. Interesting and never boring.
That crown moulding and chair rail looked so good though!
Wow !!! Beautiful very creative
Super boulot !!! magnifique ! bravo !!!
LOOKS AWESOME !!!!!
Amazing work
Wow, just wow.
damn.... great work... how you explain the details ; the camera view ; the backsound etc... everything is perfect
Killed it as always bud. Great video.
Love the FSM t-shirt! Great video too!
Very, very well done!
Great video!!! I loved the detail!!
Love it!! Good remodel!
Well done! (Except for that cable...) great poster choices, especially the New Hope artwork!
Excellent job bud, looks great.👏👏
Sooooo cool. Very informative
What an amazing project and video
Oh man thats sick!!!
I loved the whole project. The only things I'd do differently are, I'd keep the speakers out of the wall and, would probably either removed that door behind the screen or changed the screen location to the opposing wall. The windows wouldn't be a problem because they have to stay close even if you're watching the screen on the actual wall. And oh, I would've hired dry wall people to finish it all off. Cool project! Awesome projector.

Noticed that door too😳
I love the soffit idea!
Looks awesome dude!!!!!
This is awesome!
You can take a small shop vac with a 6 foot hose and duct tape one end to the drywall sander handle 2-3 inches away from the wall. Put vacuum on a camera/guitar strap or backpack and vacuum it while you sand.
Only watched half so far but it’s great seeing the job site saw in use!
Excellent job and no corners cut (well, aside from the molding, in which lots of corners were cut ;-p). Attention to detail is amazing. Great timing too, as I'm in the middle of my mancave remodel. I like that modular sectional a lot.
Great job on the 4K Home Theater makeover Johnny! Thank you for sharing the video with us! 💖👌👍😎JP

Your very welcome Johnny! Have a great week!😎
This is a great DIY project it came out awesome I really don’t understand why people always have to thumb down peoples projects and videos is it because they doit a bit different from how you thumbdowners would doit because if thats the case everyone is different therefore everyone does things differently so this guy is doing it how he thinks works better for him and his needs im sure if those of you that thumbed down this video made a DIY video and doing it how you think works better for you there would be people down thumbing your videos because they would disagree with something you did or they would doit differently so lets stop hating on other people hard work and ideas and simply appreciate everyone’s unique talents man god bless everyone
Soooooo dope great job
Very satisfying video
Just saw this video. Gave me great ideas for my Den/Home Theater Room. Its in the basement and I don't really have the ability to run extra wires through the walls/ceiling. This bulkhead looks like the perfect solution. Thanks!
I love these vids!
so inspired man awesome!
I could write a diatribe regarding drywall but I'll keep it pointed and simple. With two people you don't need a support (you called it a dead man) for a sheet less than 3.6m long come in from the ends about a 1/4 of the sheet. With the screws your supposed to use adhesive with drywall and the screws are intended to hold the sheeting til the glue dries and the muddling is done (the are exceptions). The argument that the drywall is removable if you don't adhere the sheeting is not accurate as the screws get muddled anyway. With the broad knives you where using, you want to choke up on the handle towards the blade and put a finger behind the flat surface for feel and control. What you have done obviously worked and got a good finish so Great job with the whole room and the production of your videos is always great quality cheers.
Amazing video 😍😍😍👍
i checked this channel from SBH's recommendation now im subscribing for the great content!
Awesome video bro, I did a similar renovation to my living room, and yeah, crown molding can blow your mind when you are trying to cut it lol!

Johnny, I really enjoyed this video and let me say thanks for not making it a "Part 1 and Part 2" series about 18 min. each. I was so into your build that when you finished I was totally so tired that I had to lie down and rest. Is your other channel open for anyone, I didn't notice an address for it? God Bless my friend.

I’d highly recommend getting an area rug with a non slip padding for the room if you’re concerned about acoustics, it will make a world of difference.
