Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

In this video, I show you how to replace the ignition on a 1973 Cadillac. This is a relatively simple process, but it is important to follow the steps carefully to avoid damaging your car.
Here are the steps involved in replacing the ignition on a 1973 Cadillac:
Remove the steering wheel.
Remove the ignition switch bezel.
Remove the ignition switch.
Install the new ignition switch.
Install the ignition switch bezel.
Install the steering wheel.
Make sure to disconnect the battery before you start working.
Use a socket wrench to remove the bolts that hold the steering wheel in place.
Be careful not to damage the ignition switch bezel when you are removing it.
Make sure that the new ignition switch is compatible with your car.
Be sure to tighten all of the bolts securely when you are finished.
I hope this video helps you replace the ignition on your 1973 Cadillac.

Years ago I tried to change the clock spring and ignition in a early 90's Dodge with junkyard parts. I think that's when I learned you can't throw tools far enough to ever break them. You might lose them or they may damage whatever they hit but they don't break. Thanks for sharing and take care. ✌️

Thanks for the video. i just bought a 1971 eldorado and i have a question about the fuel gauge. I see that yours fuel gauge is stable even with the power off. I have the same thing. Is this normal or is it a problem? Thanks for your help.

Thank you for watching!! I am not 100 percent sure on that but I actually think it should go completely flat once the power is off. This one has a power draw somewhere and is draining the battery.
