Hi For lighting I'm normally using some Ulanzi or Ikea lights you can see exactly what I use at the end of video (8:29) Hope that helps

You peel off the cardboard real smooth mines looks ugly little pieces stay behind idk maybe I don’t put enough water..

Hi Maybe not enough water or some cardboard just not that good but you can remove all of this small pieces with damp cloth or sponge😉
