This was very helpful. I am part of a volunteer fire department and we get lots of drink donations from events and parties held at the fire house by outside people. We were given one of these and want to put whatever donations of drinks we get in the machine so it is not taking up space in our actually fridge. We would like to set the price to 0 so we don't have to unlock and open the machine everytime. Is putting the price to zero a option?

Hello I recently bought my first 3 vending machines and one happens to be a DN 501E. My refund button seems to not want to stay in the out position. Is there something I am missing ?

Typically there is a spring that retracts the payout button to it original state. Have a look for a loose spring in the bottom of the door.
