Water Pressure Hose and a steady Wheelbarrow! I saw a gentleman Hose-off the top coat of dirt and varnish! In one case another Reno Gentleman used soap, a floor brush, and the pressure water hose until the wood returned to its natural color. I was so impressed.

You need to varnish the round wood pieces by the wood stove and add some of the fire board under the window by the wood stove as well.

Not too sure about vinyl floor covering being that close to the wood stove. My wood stove had to be on a fire proof platform that extended on both sides and in the front. If an ember gets out while loading a log it's going to melt that floor immediately may even catch on fire. These renovations don't seem to care about fire safety. Open fires on the floor or in pits in the house. No good ventilation.

Very nice. But the music was ANNOYINGLY upbeat. You want to relax watching these amazing videos.

wonderful to see skills of renovation but all your videos are disjointed and never shows the completed house !!! WHY ???
