wow I presume the majority of the commentators didn't even watch the episode. This boy said he lost his parents at 12, got molested & was put in sexual situations with a grown woman at 15. He's damaged and broken but people are talking about his sexuality. I hope they get some help.

Gerran Stone I watched the entire episode and I like him. He may come off as effeminate, but he is hardworking and committed to his child. I admire both their efforts. They just need guidance. I like the fact that he has not allowed his past to define him.

They seem like a happy, young couple exploring life together...partnership. Although a good degree of personal maturation is needed for both, everything sounds consensual (except for the molestation to the guy). Many people are missing the point that he is responsible, good provider and good father. Instead of people questioning his sexual orientation, there should be applause for his mature stance in those areas. His fiancee is beautiful and I believe they love each other. Relationship counseling will help tremendously.

Etaniel Ben Cohen Yehuda This is one of the better comments I've read. Seen as it's understanding of their situation and past. He's doing relatively well for someone losing his parents, and, in addition, molested at a young age (especially if he hasn't had therapy to help him work through and process those experiences). People need to be aware what kind of deep scars any type of abuse at a young age can leave, never mind the loss of both parental figures at a, likewise, young age. Before my current occupation, I was a child psychologist and therapist, and I can testify to how severely maladjusted children who've experienced parental loss and abused children can become (separately's already grave, so now imagine having experienced both. Factor in the disadvantage of not having a viable system to rely on when his parents died. The outcome can be gruesome). Some of the consequences are that they find themselves in very dysfunctional (romantic) relationships and can be sexual deviants (become rapist themselves, pedophilia, occupation in the sex industry, etc.). Considering what he's been through, he's comparatively well functioning. They haven't really covered her past, aside from being in one relationship after another (most likely meaning being promiscuous even before the age of 16), which is, more than likely, a concomitant of some sort trauma at a young age as well. Compared to some of the couples coming through DC, in some matters they seem relatively mature for their age. I really just wish they'd both explore and pursue higher education.

Quite a lot of judgmental comments I've read. Just a few expressing understanding of their situation and past. Before my current occupation, I was a child psychologist and therapist, I have seen just too many children who have been abused (sexual, mental, and violent/physical/aggressive ) and also a significant amount who've lost their parents (though not always because of them being deceased) and I can attest to the severity of the maladjustment of children who've experienced parental loss and/or abuse (separately already grave, so now imagine having experienced both. Factor in the disadvantage of not having a viable system to rely on when his parents died. The outcome can be very gruesome). Some of the consequences they face at an older age are that they find themselves in very dysfunctional (romantic) relationships and/or can be sexual deviants (become rapist themselves, pedophilia, occupation in the sex industry, etc.). Considering what he's been through, he's comparatively well functioning. They haven't really covered her past, aside from being in one relationship after another (most likely meaning being promiscuous even before the age of 16), which is, more than likely, a concomitant of some sort trauma at a young age as well. Compared to some of the couples coming through DC, in some matters they seem relatively mature for their age (but that can be attributed, as the judge said, to them having to mature at a young age in order to survive). They, unquestionably, need therapy, and not only couples therapy, but also therapy/counseling to help them process the issues of their past. I, additionally, really strongly wish they'd both explore and pursue higher education.

16yrs old and having 3somes... I'm sick to my stomach at their circumstances that happened when they were young. Completely out of their hands but now they are subjecting their son to that type of "loose household." The only thing they have in common is a high sex drive with adventurous sex. I do appreciate how hard he works for his family though. Either way they're to young especially her. Marriage is a no for them right now. Also his tea seems a Lil sweet I wonder if he's bisexual.

Young Sage it's a pity the environment he was in appeared to be was so very unhealthy -seeing swingers everywhere and promiscuity as the norm, but it's a real shame no man stepped up to raise this kid. As bad as the parenting from this woman may have been, at least she tried, considering she was neither his mother or father. In Africa single mothers don't have this issue as much because so many "uncles" (any man in the local community!) play a role in the boys life that they still have male role models. It doesn't happen all the time but a lot more than in the west. Ps. I think the molestation may contribute more to his feminine qualities than anything else, it's difficult to say. He had so much of a dysfunctional upbringing no one can say with certainty what caused what. Will be interesting to see if he later acknowledges any interest in men. A lot of my gay male friends were promiscuous with women before coming out as gay. I think he has a very sweet and likeable demeanour though.

Susie Que what you said made no sense.....also you do realise that she mentioned him to be a CHEAT and sneaky. He likes and even instigates threesomes with her. So miss me with the gay part. The only reason his demeanor is so feminised is because he grew up around a BUNCH of incoherent women. Thats one of the reason SINGLE mothers Generally speaking need to be thrown under the bus because they raise feminised dudes.

If u wrong she treat both genders the same. I love her and this is a woman u should definitely look up too and say she is not only an ambassador for women but she is a great role model for all.
