Mashaa' Allah one of the best khutba yet, a difficult topic covered with such wisdom and such good advice with ahadith and Qu'ran to back it up. If Muslims followed this they'd be so much better... Like the Sahaba, indeed; those promised Jannah. Those Muslims with pride in their hearts won't like this talk for sure. Choosing trusting people as arbitrators of wisdom and intelligence but especially those who have a sound heart is surely best. Jazakum Allahu Khaieran Sheikh for this informative khutba. May Allah swt bless and protect you from the evil in people's hearts 🤲🏻

Much needed khutba, more detail is needed. Thanks seikh yasir quadi. 95 percent of Muslim men do not know the proper method and they utter the word without knowledge and in anger. And the topic of khula needs to be discussed specially for western country where there is no Islamic court. And the stigma of fear of social outcasting is so severe. May Allah guides us all that divorce if done according to quran and sunna is rewarding.

I dont think we should ask family members to help unless we know they are neutral (often they are biased and nothing gets resolved) It is much better to ask a third party who has experience with marriage problems like a counsellor or a knowledgeable experienced teacher.

But what counts most is the heart, whether or not it's corrupt. And corrupt hearts USE the religion and their cultures to justify the corruption in their hearts that they can't perceive anyway. In some cases the wife crosses the limits. She verbally , emotionally and even physically abuses the husband and then denies all of it in the public when he raises his voice. She then wrongly accuses him of wrongdoing, spreads lies against him and people unfortunately listen to the woman...why? Because they believe that it's usually the men who are wrong

That's the Azan. It's a reminder to worship God and a reminder of His love, Oneness, Majesty, and blessings+ Mercy He bestowed upon ALL of human creation. When the Azan is called, it summons communities to remember God; hence, that's why when it is uttered, people leave daily activities to continue being spiritually awakened. In short, it's an invitation from God, and Muslims accept that invitation communally when other Muslims are present or individually. In essence, it's a proclamation of faith where your compassion, kindness, and tenderness do not end at the prayer carpets but extend to the poor, hungry, and those in their homes and outside of it similar to all the Prophets sent by God, Peace and Blessings Upon them. Islam focuses on two main factors: our obligations to God to refine our ego (hence, remembering our purpose in this temporal life) and obligations to God's creation. Basically, the question we must answer daily is if we claim to love God, how do we treat His creation? The Azan has many different melodic tones, but the message and wording are the same worldwide. Try listening to "Soulful Athan Islamic Call to Prayer by Sidi Taj" on KZread and others to hear the variation of tones. Hopefully, this helps!

Alhamdulilah in srilanka we follow 'thalakh' process and 'khula' with Islamic court. But sir I have a question, as I have known and have studied, if a Muslim couple got get divorce, if they want to get back then both should marry separate and divorce then only they can back together? Aren't it?

It depends on the way they are divorced. The way you have mentioned is only applicable after an irrevocable divorce i.e. when a man gives the woman thalakh 3 times. If they want to remarry then the woman has to marry for real (not for the sake of remarriage) and when and if the marriage ends, then she can remarry her first husband. If the thalakh is once or twice, they can get back without a new nikkah within the woman's iddat period. Alternatively, if iddat has passed, they can do a new nikah - both ways are valid. As far as I know, after khula they can marry again without marrying other people.

Brother or sister, what do you gain by criticising here what he is saying if this is what he came to gather in terms of knowledge. Yourself you are saying that his intentions must be good. So that is enough. It is very harmful to be on that mindset of criticising. Maybe be more constructive by making your own videos and leaving a link here instead of empty non constructive critical comments and whoever wants to hear your view then let him do
