Nice video, the striker shield is super OP. One addition is that there's a second mod - 1% - which can be added to a different slot, making the total per enemy 11%

I actually did not know that, I use the two Firewall ones for Health and Regen, then a 5% damage per enemy.

@@DodRegnbue I found a 1% dmg increase the other day and I was like wtf why does it say this 1% mod is max when I have a 5% mod, turns out like hutchler said it's a different slot

I like using the deflection shield for fun, to bad it sucks now. My shields still identify as skills btw! Same buttons, same location, everything about it is a skill, and it’s powered by my skill tier! Squeaky wheels win again!

@@goontubeassos7076 you have to make a PFE build for it since elites don't aim for the shield. Try using chill out mask with skill damage, ridgeway's pride, forge with blue core and skill damage, wyvern backpack with blue core skill damage and adrenaline rush (this took me forever to farm) and improvised gloves and knees with blue cores, skill damage and armor regen. Use technician with artificer hive to repair the shield. Now that's a lot of fun

@@OnionMints I almost have that build together, it sucks because elites aim for the head. On a side note, if another player used the decoy and the deflection shield player stands behind it, that’s fun too.

Sir, I believe that you have taught me the most about these items and this game. I never thought of using the Striker shield for the damage buff. yeah one of the reasons why im running it in countdown with my m870 shotty, headhunter chest and hunter's fury 4piece rolled for max headshot damage. The damage on the spawnpoints is so insane that you can basically headshot one tap 3 enemys at once if ur pellets spread a bit.

Firewall & Striker shield are hardwired in my brain as part of any Hunter’s Fury build I use. Shield health and regen don’t matter when the enemies are all lying down 😬

You can also prove that it works by doing the same thing with an all purple gear setup. That would be the cheakiest of cheaky.

Goodmorning....Thankyou for the vid....Im in the process for farming mods for the Stryker shield....What is the best loadout mod slots for the shield?

Kill ability is availability. I usually run all red for any run n gun build

At expertise 20 my shield is at 1.3 mill health and 41.6 active regeneration. At expertise 20 skill tier 6 my health is at 5.5 mil with 66.6 active regeneration. Expertise gets your regeneration higher. Would you say its worth it or not?

That is not for me to decide. I honestly think a lot of the Skill Expterise is kind of meh, Though, the shields are something I personally have invested in.

6 whole skill tiers probably isn't worth it, but 1 gives you a big chunk of extra shield health, so that probably is. Throw a damage talent on your backpack and you'll more than make up the damage difference

If you mean the Crusader shield, it offers no buffs.
