Diving Into My Mental Health - Body Transformation Journey Vlog

Weight loss and body image is a huge part of mental health, and through doing this and keeping myself eating right and exercising, it will only help keep myself mentally healthy.
I was never a "big" guy, in fact I struggled to put weight on most of my life. Over the past few years I have started to put on weight, and after losing a bunch of weight in the later part of 2020, I stacked it back on over Christmas and the first couple of months of 2021.
I weighed in at 98.1kg on February 28th 2021, which is the heaviest I have ever been. I decided enough was enough and did something about it.
I started on The Man Shake on March 1st 2021, and I kept myself accountable by posting updates on my journey for 34 weeks. I had a relapse in November, and this new body transformation vlog is my refresh into the journey, while also having a focus on gaining muscle as well as losing fat. I hope it shows a "real" approach to a weight loss/body transformation journey, in that it will show the ups and downs, the good and the bad, and everything in between.
I am super appreciative of That Fat Guy and the community he has created, who helped me get started on this journey.

I totally agree with mental health coming first. My main contributor to my weight gain was because of my decline in mental health. It plays a huge part in the weight loss journey. I’ve been taking little video snippets of my past week getting back on the wagon. Hoping to start a YT to document and keep myself accountable because my motivation can disappear so quickly, so I need to see the changes.
