HALLELUJAH! I heard an interview with Ce Ce Winans today where she was talking about knowing that no matter what we go through, even if it causes sadness or pain that we never go through it alone. I’m paraphrasing, but that and this blesses me. Our Exec. Pastor also just talked yesterday about not giving up and having confidence in WHO GOD is and what He’s ABLE to do…I truly appreciate the LORD for His CONSISTENCY in confirming things for me and for all His people. He’s FAITHFUL! God bless sis!! ☝🏽🙏🏽✝️🩷

I chose the same verse as you. Mainly because this was my first time studying God’s word using the SOAP method. Things I observed from these two chapters and will be applying is focusing on God and as well trusting Him, not falling into the distractions and temptations of this world (i observed this based on how the reading kept mentioning they didn’t take any plunder) , and lastly remembering His faithfulness! I feel as if these two chapters displayed these things very well and truly will be aiming to apply the three things God allowed me to observe from this lesson. God bless you and thank you for allowing yourself to continually be used by God!

Thank you for a great exposition of Esther 9&10, Melody! I was reminded of Joshua 4 that you talked about on your recent video about stones of remembrance. What stood out to me was vs. 4 about Mordecai's reputation preceeding him and how people knew whose he was. This made the fear overpowering him grow among the people. It reminded me of Joshua 2, where Rahab talks of the reputation of the Israelities having spred throughout the land and the fear that gripped all because of the things God had done for the Israelities. All this encourages me to walk in God's will where He is Lord and thus, provider, sustainer, protector, helper and my life will be a testimony of His goodness.

Wow what an awesome video. First of all I want to think you for teaching me about the SOAP method. I was pretty distracted at first not sure if I would be able to use it but now it has helped me a lot on my bible study journey. Thank you and by the way my verse was at the end of 9:12 “It will be given to you and it also will be granted. This was my confirmation from God 🙏🏾❤️

Hello friend, Melody. I'm relatively new to your channel and very much wanting to deepen my relationship with the Lord. Rededicating my life through Baptism as an adult. All that to say, I'm very green in the word, but I don't let that stop me. I was wondering if there is a notebook version of the bible study aspect for myself and/or others who don't have the availability of a computer or laptop. Once I'm in a better place, I'll join in on your other study platform. Many blessings 💐❣️

Hii sis! May you help me with something? I'm doing a study and meditation on Paul's letters with the IDEA method, but I'm struggling with figuring out how to set a passage apart. Like do I read the whole chapter and try to sumerize? Do I pick important verses and do an overwiew? How do I do this? * The IDEA method is basically: Identify - what's going on here? Direction - what the text is directing us to do/see? Encouragement - what the text encourage us to do? And Application: how can we apply this in our lives? I try to use this with a whole chapter, but Paul talks a lot of important things all at once, it got huge 😅

Melody sis, the Bible is the documentation of your history. We are the children of Israel. The word “Jew” comes from the tribe of Judah, but there is 11 other tribes as well. Why are the other tribes not recognized and only the “tribe of Judah” established as the Israelites or Israelis in that land? I know everyone has their beliefs and understanding when it comes to the word, but I encourage you to look into it for yourself. Revelation 2:9 “I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) [Christ is talking about the real Israelites] and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.”
