In addition to the above crystals mentioned in the video, I have listed down below some additional crystals than can be used for Inner Child Healing work.
The first ones I would strongly recommend are Rose Quartz and Dioptase for self healing, Peridot, Pink Agate or Blue Lace Agate for healing difficult relationships and Smithsonite and Carnelian which are very good to use to help heal any form of trauma and abuse you may have suffered.
Kunzite and Dioptase can be used to help heal the higher heart chakra which is the colour green and represents love, self-love, self-care, warmth, compassion and joy.
