The surfboard fins will clean up easily by soaking them in a tray, covered with white vinegar for at least an hour. I found an iPhone 13Pro in a case and it worked in the water, but when I got it home to try to contact the owner if had locked up and said it was able to be traced by the owner. Took it back to give to the lifeguards. They need to have the owner's e-mail on those. $1000+ down the drain...
