But It became quite hard after 30 minutes and was difficult to cut.. Please provide some tips to make it soft in next attempt. She is a BIG Fan of yours..😊

I love your recipes and they are simple and awesome. I tried this today but somehow it came out very hard and the texture was not smooth. What could I have done Wrong? Overcooked the besan maybe?

Your recipes always come out perfect. This didn't work out though. I scaled it up since I wanted to make more quantity. So I took four cups of besan with 2 cups of ghee. And for sugar syrup, I took 2 cups of sugar with 1 cup of water. The barfi didn't set. Atleast at room temperature. It's yummy but not hard enough for a barfi. Could you please suggest a solution now. It feels like so much of ghee and stuff is wasted.
