Hello friends today i am sharing most famous diwali item of Dhoraji (small city of gujrat (saurashtra) which is papad puri …. papadpuri is only avilable in dhoraji during navratri to diwali time and its so tadty crunchy and very different from cholafali and mathiya … people love to eat… its very big in size and thin and crispy so here i hvae shared small in size but in taste is similar so friends try out this recipe and give feedback in comment box …..,,
here are all ingredients:
1 cup flour (2 bowl urad dal+3/4 cup chana dal grind together into fine flour)
1/4 cup warm water
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp carom seeds
oil to fry
for masala :
red chilly powder+black salt
