Ok, My clip in clips hirt my scalp, so, they will be sewn in for my bday. That heat protection spray is perfect for shine on my natural hair! It also had my kniky, braided bantu knots looking fabulous for the 2 days that I could tolerate the tension.

How much shedding did the clip in give after washing it?

Absolutely beautiful, BUT there are several types of "type 4 " hair I'm relatively new to the hair types, approximately 6 months ago I got into more " natural " wigs ,etc so I had to figure it out my hair type 😀

There is no way. If you wear them continuously, it will thin your hair out and can even cause bald spots. I have thick. 4C hair. You can try wearing them in different areas but they are no different than any other style where you have tension on your natural hair.
