Matoba Park in Anjo City (安城市), Aichi, opened on September 10, 1975. Although I have read comments by local residents pointing out that Matoba Park is not a traffic park as such it did serve to teach children the rules of the road. It is unknown when the park stopped being used to provide children with traffic safety guidance.
