The irony is that Eric Deming, a 27-year veteran and 20 years in the SEALS, is clubbing the SEAL brand to death. Finally, people are giving him the respect he deserves instead of saying he is jealous. He is just a stand-up dude who has had more than enough of the bullshit. Still, people are trying to slag him off. Some people can't handle the truth.

Eric is right, once you see it, you can't unsee it. I followed Jocko since episode 4 of his Podcast and even spoke to him on the phone to coordinate him to visit my college to speak to a Batan Death March veteran (which fell through). I was totally bought in. Then on the anniversary of Red Wings last week I got lost in the sauce again of the true story and found Eric Demmings on the Anti-Hero podcast and he casually mentioned Jocko. Then I heard his interviews on this Podcast with the Marines from Ramadi and a few others. I have since read Code Over Country and started sharing Jay's podcast. The fact that Eric is insinuating that Lee and Kyle were the only two in the room when he died or that Seth Stone's (Jocko's other Platoon Commander opposite of Leif) skydiving death were not accidents - among others - is pretty intense. Eric, Jay, thank you for continuing to put out this content and we're all waiting with bated breath on what comes out next.

Now I ask you: Look at the title, look at the video... where are the kids? bc all I see is a bunch of dudes what used dead kids as click bait and they're not in the video. What kind of a POS uses dead kids as click bait, man? Does your military actually have zero decency, zero commitment to any kind of value ?....what is this sh*t, dude?? I'm telling you right now, y'all are going to hit a pretty serious wall. If your guys are so desperate as to use this type of crap as click bait... you don't have any moral compass. There are not many real men with true integrity willing to speak on what absolutely needs to be spoken on and when they do they many times ger black balled for it which is a damn shame. A particular TIC i was involved in damn near led to me ending up dead and my best friend being shot in front of me. I get it we are in a war zone and being shot should be expected and it was. What i didnt expect was my incompatenf leadership not taking practiced precations that he indeed had resources to apply and refused to act due to something ive come to call cowardly cope. Any youngsters out there take note about potentially joining. It does not matter how much you may think you are rambo or GI joe. When you have incompatent scared leadership who refuses to accept the threat level at the time so they can cope with the current situation. It can and will lead to casulties and or preventable death

It seems the leadership doesn't learn anything from history. I deployed to Kosovo in year 2000. There wasn't a government in place and I was enforcing martial law with A company 2/327th infantry company, 101st airborne, in Vitina, Kosovo. Around October, 2000, my platoon went house to house for a week looking for weapons. Every house we went up to, we kicked down the door on the house and raided it. After a week of doing that, my platoon Lt. got a message to stop doing that because NATO had to repay all those people for their broken doors. It was stupid because it upset the locals. Fast forward to Iraq in 2003 and the same thing happened there. The soldiers were told to knock on Iraqi's doors, not kick them down because it upsets the locals. Upsetting the locals creates a stronger insurgency. My videos from my Kosovo deployment are on my KZread channel.

@@rwdchannel2901 what boggled my mind to this day is prior to and even after combat the army has a normal practice of doing what’s called an “AAR” or for those who may not know After Action Revue” you go over what was good what was bad what could have made it better etc. Everytime the ball was dropped by leadership for minor or major flaws you think they did that after action review? Hell to the no! There was nothing at all. The only thing that did happen was my platoon leader convincing me to alter the reality of what happened so that the NCO responsible for the cluster fuck could receive a Combat Action Badge. Back to the original point this is why they never learn because you cannot learn without accepting and owning your fuck ups. The only sense I could make of it is recruitment. I think the military is so reliant on volunteer service they fear deeply the real truth getting out for how much a cluster fuck the sad excuse for many in leadership positions can be. Let me be clear I know there are great leaders in the army but my experience it was a crap shoot and the odds is not on your side for you to be assigned to a unit that has decent morally sound not corrupt leadership

@@OG-Ghost33 Supposedly, things were fixed after the Vietnam War in regards to the problems with morale and discipline, but it appears that faded away with a lot of military units that were in the field doing patrols. I think things went down hill after they started giving waivers to people with criminal backgrounds and let them enlist. I had toxic leadership when I was in 2/44 ADA at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. That's why I got out after my deployment to Kosovo. There was no way I was going to Iraq with my platoon after the things my leaders did and after watching about half my platoon puss out after terrorist put explosives in a building next to the base in Vitina, Kosovo. The toughest talkers(mostly leadership) in my platoon, at the moment they had to respond to that explosion, had their legs shaking and could hardly talk.

So, why do you think this type of behavior seemed to be so prevalent in Iraq but a bit less-so in Afghanistan? I did both Iraq and Afghanistan and though me and my LRSD never really did anything questionable, it seemed like doing really messed up things was the norm in that urban environment. Whereas in Afghanistan, it seemed like the majority of the fight was in the mountains and away from urban areas, so maybe less opportunities for things like this to happen? Or maybe with the rural environment, these things did happen but were more easily covered up? I'm not sure. I'm putting this out there to get some feedback from my fellow vets. Edit: Somebody needs to be held accountable for this behavior. So, if Eric Demming is lying about Jocko and other SEALs, then he should be held liable for lying. But if he's not lying, these are the most egregious crimes that should be absolutely held to account. You notice that Jocko and other SEALs aren't coming out to sue for having their names dragged through the mud, which might tell you something. Eric seems to be putting forward information that is now becoming public, too (i.e. - Lone Survivor, Robert's Ridge, etc.), and now he has video proof of the murder of children. This is some messed up, disgusting stuff right here. I get that we need warriors in our combat positions who are willing to kill. I was airborne infantry and a sniper in the LRSD, so I definitely have nothing against killing the enemy, but this is not right. God will judge you for this!

That area looks deserted. Where are the people in the streets? Where are the cars? Where's the traffic? And they used the kids for click bait, dude. They're in the title, they're not in the video! .........Who does that?? This is very fked up stuff. If you really are who you claim to be, is there no part of you that understands how fked up it is for the public to keep seeing your community members spread very vicious rumour and lies to manipulate people? Do they not teach any of you the importance of having public trust and people trusting you when you say words. What do you think it does to your ability to conduct missions and do your jobs if everytime you say something everyone's immediate instinct is to mistrust your words. When people see you guys constantly trying to manipulate the system and public perception against eachother, between your community and the public, just everywhere... What does that do? Bc to me, it erodes credibility very clearly. If you don't represent the values in your military vows and those of the larger ociety, who does your community represent? Do you think it's healthy for the public to see you all as liars who use dead kids as click bait. This Jay dude's other war room podcast is featuring guys who blatantly lie to manipulate the justice system and the public. They pretend to be what they're not. Their only strategy for getting ahead is lying with a straight face. And then they brag about it too. All I've learned from your special ops podcasts is that you guys lie. Habitually and consistently and without a care in the world. How many of you do you think people need to see openly lie, consistently, until they start believing you're all like that....and every time you tell them something, it's probably the opposite. It's already out there! Why do you all want to make it worse? Why can you not see that it's problematic and self-destructive and works against you? That is the definition of a toxic culture, dude. It's your life dude. They're your lives but this stuff is a very bad trajectory. Public sentiment can change. it is fickle. It's always been fickle. Morale does matter. This sh*t saps morale, and it fks up any sort of trust between people who are supposed to be on the same side. Do you just hate each other? ...this much??? How can people not recognise this as a problem? This stuff is above my paygrade but I can tell you from a random regular person perspective, it is disgusting to see the people who should care the most about the values you're supposed to be defending, sh*t on those values this hard. I don't understand it. I can't even tell if you're all just super mentally damaged or genuinely ill intentioned. It's hard to believe there are zero ill intentions... maybe it's somewhere in the middle...but, if your lives are so hard that you've started to really hate your jobs and eachother to the point where dead kids are click bait now and you'll accuse someone of being responsible for so much sh*t with such little proof.....maybe it's time for a change. I don't know what kind of change, but this is toxic. You're flushing your own life's work down the toilet. Ppl need to see you all uphold real values and manipulating the justice system is not you upholding anything. Spreading rumours like this has no value. When real stuff goes down and you need ppl to trust you, they won't. You won't have credibility when you need it, if you keep this up. I am talkign to you, but this is a general message. Neither Jocko nor "dead kids" are in that video. There's not even a car alarm going off! They're click baiting war crimes as if it's a fking game, the way chicks click bait make up on youtube. Except your community is doing it with people's lives. It's hard for the public to not see that as a major negative. There's nothing honorable about this stuff. And you will continue to have issues if this stuff does not change. It's wildly unprofessional too. All of it is. The guys in the video, the click baiting of the video, the exaggeration of what is actually IN the video. All of it is very unprofessional. If you worked delivering pizza's they'd fire you for acting like this. No one acts like this normally! Your guys are completely outside the norm in the worst way.

I've heard some fked up sh*t since being on these podcasts but why do you guys think this stuff is ok?? O_O That's not normal! And it's not the first time either, it keeps getting worse. First time I thought they mis-spoke maybe. But this is pretty clear now. If people are breaking the laws and ROI on deployment, that needs to be deal with, but blowing things out of proportion and spreading rumours is not ''dealing with it". There's tons of other reason people could be dying and commiting suicide, primarily drugs. And PTSD. Or lack of training or random reasons. This whole thing is demented.

Ok, so here are some follow-on points and questions: 1. Have you talked to anyone to combine the 3 or 4 major points about Navy Seal corruption in a comprised narrative? Your story is compelling but sometimes interviews don’t do the big points the right kind of diligence. You’re trying to make multiple points even though there are major undercurrents or themes behind each interview. So the interview format may be unintentionally muddying the waters and that may be why people are taking this as a personal attack. 2. Bigger question - do you think Chris Kyle was killed by that Marine at the shooting range because he made it a habit to brag about war crimes? I remember the initial story of his death really honed in on the mental health aspect. Yes, that’s important. Marines only kill people that they feel *need* killing. So, perhaps Kyle opened his mouth and that triggered the dude to murder? I don’t know the answers, just some food for thought. Thanks for continuing to speak out.

That's a tragedy in many ways, it should not be used as fking click bait. None of this stuff should be used as click bait. He left behind kids and a wife. Whatever you think of his actions while he was alive and the mistakes he may have made, you cannot say he had it coming or imply it in any way. This sh*t is fked up. I have reservations from some public-facing veterans from time to time, whose true agendas or characters seem obscure. Jocko was definitely one of them from the start. After gaining insight thanks to Eric Deming, it begs to question if the ex-Marine who murdered Chris Kyle was actually psychotic, or a vigilante anti-hero. How much of public perception has been manufactured by PAOs rather than the truth?
