Now, you tell me what woman doesn't want loyalty from her man? Protection, as well? They both go hand in hand. Love is nothing without the urge to lunge forward after the one who is loved and is in danger, and save them. A week after I made this comment we got back together. But just a week ago I finally got the courage to leave the relationship for good because the entire time we dated, he verbally and mentally abused me and I didn't even realize it until my best friend knocked some sense into me. I told her everything and she told me that he was abusing me and that I needed to get out before it turned into something physical. If I didn't escape from that relationship, I would have ended up in the hospital because being in this situation I was more depressed than I ever have an attempted suicide a couple of times. I convinced myself that I was in love with him that he was the only man I could ever love. This is where I met a guy from my Biology was a really good friend of mine for a good 4 months now, he asked me out and the rest is history. I've never been happier in my life and I am so grateful for the life I have now.
