Your tutorial was so thorough and easy to understand thank you. I have a terrible time trying to tie the 260 while in the 11”. Any suggestions? Thx

Thank you Kathy! You can let the air out of the 11" and tie the 260q. Then you can re-inflate it... it is easier to tie it without holding the 11".

It`s a simple cutter. Your balloon distributer probably has it... You can find many of those online (very cheap).

how do you insert the second balloon if you tied the first balloon with the 260???

I tied the inside balloon, not the outside. That way you can insert the next one.
