My uneducated opinion about flavor order: 1) Sauce comes first because it's the least solid and will quickly get out into the vodka. 2) Pickles are probably next because they do have some juices in the cut sides to leech out. Their lettuce basically has no flavor so I would be surprised if you could taste it. 3) Smoke .. I'm sure they'd deny it, but I would bet that they use artificial smoke of some sort in there. If it was in the burger, that would leech out the slowest. If you'd put the BigMac in a blender first it would've been a weird and different result in my opinion, and NO I'm not suggesting you put yourself through this again! :)

fun video as always. Love your channel. Im from the netherlands and our country makes a sort of vodka from grapes and that is called brandewijn (like a distilled wine). It is an old beverage and not very common nowadays but i think that is distilled with a column to get a kind of neutral drink. They also use that as a base spirit for liquors like our national Oranjebitter (orange bittered liquor with orange peels, cardamom and anise).

I can't speak to a New Zealand Big Mac , but US Big Macs have shrunk . I'm pretty sure they used to be 2 ,1/4 pound burgers , and I'm pretty sure the bun used to be a little larger as well . But now the patties are 1.6 ounces . So they've cut 'em by more than half . I hadn't had one in decades ( I prefer a double quarter with cheese ) , but helped my buddy move and he fed us lunch . Grabbed a bunch of various things from McD's . I grabbed a Big Mac and I was REALLY disappointed with what it was .

Vodka Suggestion- Corn. All Corn. I recently picked up some Tito's vodka from Texas. If I was told correctly it is made from 100% corn and pot distilled, god only knows how many times. It has a clear and light flabor, slightly organic and slightly sweet. It's lovely. Cashew infused vodka might be good... BUT, Why not try making something real with the spirits you make. Rigatoni Vodka is an Absolut favorite around our house (see what I did there?).

Before I got in to the video I made the guess that you're probably going to get something that closely mimics the special sauce more than anything else! And when you started describing that you could maybe taste mustard I started nodding with "yep, here comes the special sauce". The sauce is basically mayo, ketchup, pickles, paprika, vinegar and a buttload of sugar with a few other things. I can't imagine the bread really contributing much, nor the lettuce. Maybe the cheese is in there somewhere?
