He mean that with one lap remaining ahmed was at 9 min 21 seconds and he finished with 10 min and 22 seconds so that mean that his last lap was 61 seconds

I havent been active for 6 years since hischool, was playing Handball back then and was pretty fast, but since have gained alot of weight...randomly stumbled upon ur videos and you really inspired me to get into running and try set some records myself ! That was brilliant running from the pink team especially that 400m leg runner who did not allow Josiah to outkick him all legs were wonderful especially Evan's 800m and the last 1600m running a 4:11 split.
