Versus XIII had a different outlook at what the Crystal, Etro, etc. Would be like as opposed to XIII. Versus was basically the opposite of XIII until it became XV. But the Crystal lore in XV somewhat is the same.

Time and Space functions differently in the Dissidia Dimension which is why Villains and Young Noctis appear in NT. When Noctis is pulled from his FF world it is during the events of FFXV before he met Lunafreya at Altissia and the Villains are pulled from the after life from after they had died. The other FF characters are pulled from Post-Game since that is when they are at their peak but events of Dissidia NT happens during FFXV timeframe when Noctis was still traveling to Altissia thus why his younger self was pulled from FFXV world. It is also why Noctis is the youngest member of the Warriors of Light since his story has yet to be finished due to events of NT happening in FFXV Young Noctis Timeframe but all the other FF WoL stories have been finished since events of FFXV happens after all past FF game stories by FF series Time and Space timeframe

Sub A true, but like with Cloud in his AC outfit it’s to symbolise where they are at in their respective stories. I.e endgame. I can live with it.

Given there is currently 28 characters and only 10 of them are villains, yeah, they do. I'm hoping to see Gabranth, Caius and Ardyn after release.

Fantasy mirroring Reality. Just like they said it would!

Cloud, Lightning & Noctis for my mains. And Ive played from 7 onwards. Tidus and Squall as alternatives since I enjoyed their play styles in Dissidia and Duo Decim. Lightning was probably my best character in Duo Decim

They finally meet!!!! Anyone who recalls vs13 would be happy right now.

I can see more fanfictions and fan art now 😂😂😂😂 LIGHTING IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND AWESOME I LOVE HER SO MUCH 😍❤😍❤😍

key495 not really, Lightning was the newest character in the last Dissidia, so it makes sense. This was probably just a nod to the original lore before Versus 13 became its own thing. They’re still different continuities.
