Finally some cooler weather arrived to the east coast! I took the kayak out bass fishing on High Point Lake here in central North Carolina. Had a good day fishing deep water lay-downs and caught one sick bass!

Love this lake. We fish high point all season catch lots of bass pickerel etc

im no expert but i think its the tannin in the water that give that bass a darker color.

caught a monster male bass on Okeechobee and he was blind in one eye and had dark color as well. may be a southern thing...not sure your location. awesome video by the way!

Dude you catch mad fish, but you don't explain how you are doing it! I mean ok jade lizard but technique, baits, colors, hooks, knots, gear, other conditions, why use this, why use that ...Go into some detail man; don't just narrate YOUR experience. Great catches though man.
