Didn't know chip trucks/wagons weren't in America, but never really thought about the British chip connection. It's like food trucks with just fries, poutine, burgers, and hot dogs.

YES TWICE A WEEK, YES! I love Wednesdays because of this show. Would be great to love two days out of the week because of it.

I'm betting the chip truck story happened in North Bay or Sturgeon Falls. Very small northern Ontario towns renowned for their actual chip trucks. Chips= French fries...drive up to truck parked in its spot and order food thru the window. You must have food trucks in California so you can def imagine what it is. A food truck specializing in French fries. Don't Americans eat fish and chips? Do you call it fish and fries?
