Same with rental cars. I always do and film on my phone a walk around with the staff BEFORE and AFTER ...

Same thing happened to me, brand new car. You go on vacation and they’re driving your car every day because of the way they park the cars. Don’t park anywhere you have to leave your keys behind. There was no walk around inspection, that’s total baloney. The bandwidth explanation is a lie as well. Years worth of 24/7 video footage can easily be stored on a local hard drive.

Why not just take a taxi to/from airport?? Maybe same cost, but zero worries…

Last time i used one of these services was in winter, parked my car went on vacation for 5 days then my car didn’t start when i came back i assume due to the cold lol. Never again

1. You cannot park yourself at Park'N Fly or JetSet parking, they are valet parking only. Only place you can park yourself is Long term and hourly. 2.Walk around without customer signing off on it, means nothing. 3.This will be comprehensive claim, not collision, insurance rate will not go up, nor will it impact his resell value.

Came back from Mexico went to pick up my x5 and the windows were down and it was pouring rain outside . Needless to say the inside of my car was soaking wet . Also it seemed like someone had been driving it around . Never park at park n fly it is a garbage company .

Park and fly is really dumb idea. Like leaving your ride long term at a public parking lot

Mostly like if the truck was driven by employ and damaged either on the lot or possibly off the lot, there is another vehicle with damage also somewhere out there.

A) The company cannot be held liable you signed this as part of the agreement no doubt. B) thats what insurance is for. C) unless youre park in a garage you should expect damage on the regular.

You never bring a car you care about, to Park’N Fly - take it from someone who used to work as a driver there. The young kids they hire to work there will abuse your car and the older drivers won’t pay attention while parking and hit your car. If have to take my family to the airport, I stop by my local Enterprise Rental (also worked for) book whatever size we need in advance and confirm with them that I can drop the car off at the Airport location and book another car for when we return home at the airport and confirm we can drop it off at our home location.

Simple fix will be .. do not use park and fly. Exhaust all options first… and like he said make sure you do a walk around if you decide to choose them

Someone backed into a pole but who? Also some is gonna have to take the driver’s licence hit. I’m guess the owner.

…never ever trust those minimum wage workers’ word…especially related to vehicle damages. I usually drive my jalopy to the parking service lot to avoid this similar problem/situation.

😢So who's to blame

Just to add that I also noticed my car being driven more than expected after drop off at Park'N Fly. There was no visible damage but also can't imagine how one can put about 10-15 km on a parking lot. That was back in 2019. I let it go because didn't see a damage and was beaten up after the travel. But since - I don't trust too much Park'N Fly. Surveillance for 7 days only? That is a lame excuse. Not professional at all. Sadly - consumers are saddled with all the expenses and business have no obligation. And yes - do take pictures and videos because this is your only evidence.

Take an uber to the airport

@@Fadda-P yea now of days and you have to pay for parking also. They have them around the airport in Michigan and there are Airport cops who checks the lot but anything can happen.

Some people live pretty far from the airport and that’s not practical. The service is called Park and Fly, not Leave your Car at Home and Fly. Sorry bro.

@@josephsmith594 Sorry Bro...Does not matter what the service is called, does not mean you have to use it. There are airport drive services, it does not matter how far you live from the airport, they will get you there and it is usually cheaper, and even more convenient then leaving your car in a random parking lot and taking and taking chances you return to your car safe.

I would leave my car my car at home and find a way to the airport...COMMON SENSE PEOPLE!!
