After Adding Grid Plugin, search for "Elementor" and install that too, in case you don't already have it. Then you will see the "edit with Elementor" button

Very good, but it doesn't work when the source is Pages, not posts? It shows the page names, and some text. No images, no frames ... None...

Use a website editor like Elementor for this.

Brother after selecting blog page as post page "edit with elementor" button doesn't shows up. I have installed all the plugins

If you want to display your homepage on a separate page than your blog post page then you have to go to the reading settings and set the home page as home and the post page as -select then you should be able to edit your blog post page with elementor
