Miles is so cute

Hands down has to be one of my favorite Disney Parks, was there last november and was at Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea in October, and while Sea is in a league of its own, there was something so enchanting and quaint and just enthralling about being at Disneyland Paris compared to the other parks outside of the original Disneyland.

a day at Disneyland is not complete without going on Star Tours, Space Mountain, Tea Cups, or Soarin...but I put myself through the motion sickness bc disney!!!

Quick fact: Disney owns rights to the entire “Wizard of Oz” books (and have since the 50’s). So it’s not surprising that they have it on the Storybook Canal. Peter and the Wolf was one of my Disney animated favorites as a kid... and Hansel & Gretel was a 1930’s Silly symphony. I’m happy they included them on the Canal ride.

Have you noticed the crates on the dock of The Big Thunder Mining Co. At the base of Big Thunder Mountain. The crate reads "working tools of H. Abiff". This is a reference to Freemasonry. Walt Disney was a DeMolay as a young man. This is an organization for young men ages 12 - 21, and it is sponsored by and was set up in1919 by a Freemason.

Another great video!! Chris, I really enjoy hearing all the facts about the parks! Miles eating all of his croque monsieur proves he’s related to Amanda! I vote for the storm trooper hoodie! All of you are doing such an amazing job with all these videos. I get so excited whenever I see a new one!!! I’m a long time viewer, yet remain quite on many. I met you guys once at Disneyland and you two are sooo nice! You two feel like friends and I really wish I was a friend traveling with you! I guess I am virtually through all your videos. It’s just unfortunate that the covid virus hit asia right when you planned on traveling there. Japan is on the top of my list. Maybe in a few years...and not during flu season (hopefully to avoid covid or anything else)!

The teacups are covered everywhere but California because everywhere else it rains a LOT. If they weren’t covered the teacups would have regular problems with standing water.

12:33 The home of fairytales is right here in jolly old Europe. If any Disney Park should highlight that it's this one. Out of the three biggest in that field are Andersen from Denmark(-Norway), The brothers Grimm from Germany and Perrault who was indeed born in Paris.

30:44 One fun trivia bit about that... Because I live so close to the Belgian border... I call it a tosti, since I'm Dutch, but when I order one just a few km's south of my home, well, they understand what I mean, but it's Croque Monsieur on the menu. Since the French name is used in all of Belgium, which is pretty much the same in all other European languages, but tosti in Dutch. And misto quente in Portuguese. So people on the Portugal / Spanish border have +- the same issue :)

Love DLP! It’s our home park, we went to Plaza Garden for emily’s birthday in our trip last year loved it! 😍 seem to remember back in the day that you were able to buy food on the pirate ship! & I hope you managed to find the Carl Fredricksen and Russell on the bank of the river in Adventure Isle!

I get sick on simulator rides (star tours, smugglers run) and spinning rides sometimes.

I have severe motion sickness too. I take Dramamine at the beginning of my Disney Days, and it helps a lot.

I can do roller-coaster rides but can't tolerate rides that spin or go around, or both!

The maze looks awesome!!

But remember The Wizard of Oz was in the Great Movie Ride at Hollywood Studios

How come Wall-E is almost nowhere to be seen in the Disney parks? It just vanished... I guess so did A Bug's Life now that I think about it. That maze looks so much fun... they should add one in the same vein (but with a different theme) in Hollywood Studio in Florida, would be a good way to add an extra attraction (maybe an indoors one to avoid the heat :p ).
