Turns out the reason it didn’t have a tag is because it was the promo Mickey! The ones they sold didn’t have the stamp on the foot!

yay Lizzy! you got the dale big feet plush! I got the dale one on import via ebay from France. he's super cute. Chip must always be with dale, and I have so many Chip and Dales in various outfits.
