I concur!! 😄
Several years ago I purchased tickets through a 3rd party site, I made sure it was reputable before purchase, and it was great. The next time I went to do purchase it was only $10 more to buy direct through Disney. Always gotta double check your pricing
Yesssss!!!!! My fav tip is the kids menu. I was just in Disney 2 weeks ago and saved a ton by doing this. Also- if you “book” a vacation (meaning add it to your cart on the Disney website) and let it sit there, they will often send you a code via email for a discount to entice you to make that final click. Love the tip about breakfast too. I took overnight oats and bought a small jug of milk from the cafeteria and used that to fill the cartons each night. Each morning I’d take my oatmeal “in the sky” on the Skyliner. Hands down the most magical breakfast picnic ever. Can’t wait to see your AP video. I got mine from AAA which translated into some amazing savings- especially during the pandemic. And with AAA there are other discounts to use in every day life too. It was cheaper to get my AP through them.

HI!!! Yes, kids menu is KING! Plus I have the palate of a 5 year old, so it helps me a lot! LOLLLL Overnight oats is such a great idea! Plus having a picnic on the Skyliner sounds MAGICAL! I may have to do that sometime! Thank you so much for watching and sharing tips here too!

Ohhh I'll have to leave my stay in my cart a while. Good tip! Thanks.
For all my military families, use the resources available to you. One week stay at shades of green for 3 people in Walt Disney world is the equivalent to one night at a deluxe resort. I’m not a travel agent but have lots of experience with this. Please feel free to ask any questions. I love all the tips in this video…. Hope this helps
We have always been diehard stay on property people, but this last year is really starting to shift that since so many of the amenities are no longer available. So many amazing rentals have come to our attention and a family trip seems more realistic in the future.
Renting DVC points is a great way to stay at a deluxe resort for the price of a value! I’m doing this for the first time in September and will stay at Old Key West for under $200 a night!

For anyone needing information about Disablity Access Passes, please visit this website. Also, please note, that DAPs are available to anyone with a physical or hidden disability (per Disney's website): disneyparks.disney.go.com/blog/disney-parks-disability-access-service-card-fact-sheet/ Always be kind and understanding towards Cast Members.
Yes out of state passholders review! You know I moved out of Cali in 2019 so I would love to hear how you do it. This video was 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 amazing!! Or as you would say * chefs kiss* so many great tips and advice thank you for this!
One money saving tip but doesn't apply to everyone is Florida resident pricing. If you live in Florida you get discounts on hotels and the parks. A good tip for food is go to a restaurant or buffet outside the parks or have your food delivered so you don't have to eat at the parks. My last trip i ate at golden corral and was full so i didn't want to eat anything except maybe a pretzel later on. You can also pack granola bars and bottled water to bring in so you can eat a small snack in between meals or of there is a long wait time for the restaurant you are dining at.
Yes!!! Here it is! Can’t wait, I just got paid so I can’t wait to see your tips and apply them

Don't know if you know this, but sams club and costco do have discounts for disney trips and tickets. Good way for discounted tickets. Now that magical express is being discontinued, mears shuttle will be coming. Waiting for approval on the train from the city.
This is definitely great!
Yes on the annual pass video! We are hoping to get one when they come back and will be out of state as well!
Thanks for the video and sharing the ideas. We have done many of these ideas the times we have gone. We are bringing our own scooters. My hubby has a bad back and knee issues. I had a second knee surgery about 7 months ago and still recovering.
Thank you so much for this video! I’m heading off to DisneyWorld for my honeymoon at the end of July and I’ve been trying to figure out the money saving tips 😊

Lots of great tips here! Looking to stay a caribbean beach next year and was curious about grocery delivery. I would LOVE an out of state annual passholder video. Flights from my state to orlando are CHEAP so we could go often. We are seriously considering becoming APs next year.
I learned a lot! I’m planning to go to WDW for the first time in January or February 😁

Great tips! I’m an AP and DVC and have found both to be a huge savings! We also fly from Pennsylvania to Florida using miles from every day purchases, and we just pay the credit card off as every month. I have actually had to rent my points out during COVID because they were going into a use or lose status. That was a first since we bought in 2012 lol.
Thank you Jessie!!!🍒🤑🥰

Just keep in mind when planning time wise you definitely will not get from Davenport to Disney in 10 minutes more like 35-45 min or more depending on traffic. I live in davenport and my husband works for disney and it can sometimes be an hour+ to drive

Sorry I made a mistake it’s not Davenport! 🤣 I had the wrong town in mind💜
Would love a video on the benefits of being an annual pass holder. I totally agree with staying off property in a vacation home. There are 11 of us going the week of Thanksgiving and we are renting a house through Windsor Hills. We will save a ton doing it that way and you can't beat having a private pool/hot tub. I am so glad you mentioned this scooter rental place. We are needing to rent one for my stepmom while we are there and appreciate the info on the discounted rental places. Thanks so much for the tips 😊

So many good tips!! We also did the gift cards and split all of them on two cards, one for my husband and one for me. We didn’t pay out of pocket for food or any of our shopping at the stores. We also bought rain ponchos at the dollar tree ( thankfully it never rained lol). We were with our kids and grandkids and they brought Their own costumes from home and we have the sweetest picture of our granddaughter dressed as Belle with Belle!!! She was super sweet with our Emma and it was a memorable moment for us all. Please do a video on being a pass holder. I’m very interested. You do such a great job on your videos!!!
I’ve never been to WDW, only Disneyland. I love these tips though. I want to go to WDW in the future but the planning seems overwhelming. This was helpful. 👍
I'd be interested by a video on passholder benefits, especially from an out-of-state point of view. Trying to figure out the math to see when it becomes an interesting option.
Thank you for the info! I do some of the things you mentioned when we go to Disneyland but other info you gave will help for a future trip. I would be interested in the annual pass holder info...maybe I can convince my husband to get me the pass 😊😉. My son has been asking to attend some of the special events, so this might actually be cool to have. Now would the annual pass work for any Disney park? Even the international parks? Thanks again!!
Yes a pass holder video would be great ! I’m trying to talk my husband in to becoming a passholder

LOVED the video! When you decline the mousekeeping at Disney for the gift card do you just go to the front desk for new towels, toiletries, etc? I’ve thought about doing this but idk how it works. Can you do a video on your favorite snacks, quick service, and table service restaurants? I love finding new places to eat in Disney! This would be a fun series to do on your channel since you have such great information :)
@bridgetphillips2969

You can either call the front desk or go down and request towels etc and they'll either give them to you or drop them off on their way around

@@bridgetphillips2969 thank you so much! I’ll have to try it on my next Disney trip!
What a great video! I absolutely can agree with definitely going through a travel agent! Travel agents are the best & you can get alot of great deals as well as tips & tricks! As an ECV user, I had the best time with mine through Buena Vista Rentals which was done through my travel agent before I left and I had the most magical time & they showed up just as I got to my resort as well and they were there to pick it up the day before I left! One tip I would recommend to anyone using ECVs is this, charge it before you go to bed so that way you'll have a full charge the next day, because you'll be using it alot especially when at dining, rides, etc. There are plugs in the room, so you can charge it! The transportation system is very good with people in ECVs, I got the best service I could've ever asked for, the cast members were so great! To the guests, please be patient when you have to wait to board the busses with an ECV, because the bus drivers have to make sure that we in ECVs are secured safely in the bus before they can let on other guests!
Hi Miss cherry my name is Olivia Diffin I described to you channel before I'm going to Disney one on November 27th to December 3rd of next year 2022 with some of my with family
So much information and tips for these trips is awesome Thank You. Question if we stay at a Value Hotel Resort will it work if we decline the room service in order to get the cash gift cards at the end ?
@MissJessiCherry

So happy this helped! Absolutely! We’ve used it on all of our Value Resort stays. However, with the Pandemic, I’m not sure when they’ll be offering it again. It never hurts to ask!

Man 7f I had know this when I went back in 2017 this would have been awesome to use. I will have to tell my husband's cousin who is a travel agent herself otherwise she would have told me but this is good information that way she can tell her clients about it.
This is a tip I see literally no one talking about but it has saved me a bunch of money. Try going to thrift stores around the parks and Orlando area. Odds are you will find some Disney liscenced merchandise for low prices and good quality. Now will it be new stuff? There's a small chance. I have a special thrift store I always go to for discounted Disney pins and they aren't fake or lacking in any department. They are real and I have found some limited editions, special editions, and even brand new still in the parks pins. If I can remember the name I'll edit this post with it. There's also a flea market I go to that also has discounted Disney pins, even really exclusive ones that are only for cast members or signed ones. So yeah, as one Disney fan on a tight budget to the next I suggest you go shopping around the area. You never know what you'll find!
If you don’t mind me asking, what week did you find all of these prices for? I’m really trying to take my daughter for her birthday which is horrible timing because her birthday is in the middle of spring break season 😩
Amazing Video 🏳️🌈
Great advice! Yes, please tell about your experiences of being an annual passholder! @Kinseynoe
Just thought I would put in my two cents (respectfully of course) about booking through a 3rd party (i.e Expedia). Make sure you are reading the fine print before booking because you want to make sure if you are booking a refundable vs. nonrefundable rate. Also if a situation happens where you book the nonrefundable and something drastic happens and you call up Disney even if they approve the refund, Expedia can still say no. So you still might not receive a refund even though Disney refunded Expedia the money. Yes, unfortunately, this did happen which is why I am writing it here for a heads up for everyone. So personally, I book directly with Disney now just because I don't want to deal with that again:(
@MissJessiCherry

Kelsey, thank you for weighing in with your experience. I appreciate you sharing this. I have had great luck with booking third party, but everyone has different experiences. That's why I wanted this comments section to be filled with tips/tricks and suggestions!
If you need a good 3rd party stroller company, the youtube channel theme park ohana work with Orlando for families! They don't deliver to the room, but they do deliver to the front desk.
I apostate this miss cherrey
If your only going the one time would the annual pass holder still be a smart decision for the the discounts you get?
@MissJessiCherry
3 жыл бұрын
Like I said, it's completely based on how you vacation. In an Annual Pass you would have one person's tickets included (Tickets for a week average $650). The Annual Pass includes 20% merch discounts and 10-15% discounts on sit down restaurants. If you're staying at the Disney Resorts they sometimes offer 10-35% off of rooms during certain times of the year. The platinum pass is $1,295. You would have to do the math to determine. So you'd have to determine if that would be worth it for you.
