I love the playline doll's tail. I got this one because I think she's the prettiest. I don't like cloth tails that look floppy.

It seems that the biggest problem with the Disney Ariel face sculpt of Halle is that the eyes are too small.

Funny enough I rather the Disney sculpt ; I don't mind the realism i hope they create more.

disney's "realism" is cuz they use a 3d scanning technology for the live action face sculpts and then just scale it waaaaaay down. its why Emma Watson and Lilly James both looked like "man" sculpts their features need to be softened on that scale and they'd have resembled the actresses even more. also Hasbro would have done Halie Bally DIRRTY!!!!!!!! and i agree Mattel understands that "realism" on that scale is actually kind of frightening. a lot of ppl have already said it but yea if her yes were just a tad bigger shed be Stunning! i think the 17" doll face is a better execution of this but also its on a larger scale than the 12' one so that helps it immensely! also im fully with u if i don't get her through the shop disney app i will be absolutely devastated!!!!!

The Ariel live action Little Mermaid doll is absolutely gorgeous! I really love her face, it really resembles Halle Bailey’s face and likeness.
